Collections from across the various regions of Ghana and their significant finds can be found in the museum. Tit bits on various cultural groups can also be seen. In addition, the Museum has collections of both local and foreign beads (such as the traded and Islamic beads).
Our museum features work from diverse aesthetic and cultural origins encompassing over 4,000 years of West Africa’s prehistory and history. Our growing collection of objects represents a wide range of materials used in the creation of art and artifacts.
